Sliding Scale, Payment Plans & Military Discounts
We believe every family deserves access to quality advocacy—regardless of income.
To help make our services accessible, payment plans are available for all clients, and we proudly offer a military discount on all packages for active-duty, reserve, and veteran families.
If our standard rates are out of reach, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Reduced-cost and pro bono services are available on a limited basis, because finances should never be a barrier to getting your child the support they need and deserve.
Starter Support Package - $150
Perfect for parents who need quick guidance or a second opinion.
Includes:
1-hour virtual consultation
Review of up to 3 documents (IEP, evaluations, etc.)
Summary with written recommendations

IEP Prep & Coaching Package - $250
Best for parents just wanting consultative coaching support
Includes:
2 coaching sessions (1 hour each)
IEP document review
Summary of coaching sessions
Templates (parent concerns, data requests, etc.)
Email support up to the IEP meeting
Military Package - $250
Designed to make advocacy more accessible for military families.
Includes:
Intake consultation
Review and analysis of IEP documents
Analysis into district/state
Draft transition letter for receiving district
Support during transition/placement meeting (up to 2 hours)

Guided Advocacy Package - $350
Ideal for families preparing for an upcoming ARD/IEP meeting or navigating concerns.
Includes:
Intake consultation
Review of IEP, FIE, progress reports, BIPs, etc. (up to 10 documents)
Meeting prep and post session (30 minutes)
Advocate attendance at 1 IEP meeting (up to 2 hours) via Zoom
Written follow-up summary and action plan
Drafting parent input/concerns letter

Returning Client Package - $300
For families who have previously worked with us and are seeking support for a new issue, meeting, or school year.
Includes:
30-minute refresher meeting to catch up on changes
Review of updated documents (new IEP, progress reports, etc.)
Advocate attendance at one school meeting (up to 2 hours)
Summary of recommendations and next steps

10% discount on any additional hourly services or future packages
Crisis Response Package - $500
For families facing urgent disciplinary actions like suspensions, removals, manifestation determination reviews (MDRs), or safety concerns.
Includes:
1-hour emergency intake meeting
Immediate review of relevant documents (disciplinary notices, IEP, FBA/BIP, emails)
Written summary of rights and options under IDEA and/or Section 504
Advocate attendance at one disciplinary or MDR meeting (up to 2 hours)
Help drafting parent statement or formal complaints (as needed)
Guidance on next steps (e.g., request for FBA, change of placement, due process options)
